From ideation to release, you will help ensure that each product iteration is thoroughly tested and meets business and technical expectations. You’ll contribute to building scalable, robust, and user-friendly software by designing and executing test strategies, identifying bugs, and collaborating with our cross‑functional teams. Your role is pivotal in driving product excellence across Asuer’s Insure, Connect, and Finance solutions. Designing and implementing test strategies, frameworks, and test cases aligned with business and technical requirements. Creating and maintaining functional, regression, and end‑to‑end testing plans. Conducting manual and automated tests using industry‑standard tools like Postman and Selenium. Proactively identifying, logging, and reporting bugs and anomalies, ensuring reproducibility and clarity. Maintaining structured and traceable test evidence, defect logs, and test reports. Coordinating with developers, product owners, and support teams to ensure issue resolution and product improvement. Ensuring that all test environments are correctly configured and maintained for consistent and reliable testing outcomes. Providing informed release approvals based on rigorous testing outcomes. Our requirements include... Technical skills in: Hands‑on experience with test planning, execution, and defect tracking Proficiency with Postman, Selenium, or similar test automation tools Solid grasp of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies Knowledge of software testing best practices, including test documentation, regression testing, and release testing Exposure to Python or willingness to learn will be an advantage Mustbe able to: Develop and execute detailed test cases that ensure quality across different platforms and environments Communicate testing results clearly and effectively to technical and non‑technical stakeholders Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills and analytical thinking in diagnosing issues and identifying root causes Maintain a rigorous approach to testing, with high attention to detail and accuracy Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure quality is embedded throughout the product lifecycle Continuously look for opportunities to improve the testing process and quality assurance practices Knowledge & experience: Functional and non‑functional testing principles Test case management tools and documentation standards Bug tracking and reporting tools CI CD pipelines and DevOps culture beneficial ERP systems and fintech products advantageous Prerequisites: A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline Minimum of 3 years in a professional QA/Test Analyst or Software Quality Assurance role Demonstrated attention to detail, systematic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment A BIT MORE ABOUT US What we offer....
