Overview LOOKING FOR SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZENS WHO ARE BASED IN SOUTH AFRICA CANDIDATES Position: Marketing Director Working Schedule: 8am-5pm EST Salary Range: $3000-$3500 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client) About Us: Our business has two different divisions. One is commercial real estate services like brokerage leasing and property management. The other is Real Estate private equity. All that really means is we find compelling real estate deals and syndicate them by bringing in investors. We have an excellent track record and solid following of investors but we are always looking for more investors and deals. I need a marketing manager that is hybrid between marketing and investor relations that can help us grow. We are seeking a full-time remote Marketing Director to lead and execute marketing strategies for equity raises, project marketing, investor relations and brand development across our portfolio. This role requires an individual with strategic vision and hands-on execution skills to elevate our brand and drive engagement with investors, partners and end-users. Job Summary The Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing and executing all marketing initiatives and its projects. This includes: Equity Raise Marketing Overseeing the design of compelling offering memorandums and investor decks Project Marketing Creating and managing branding, marketing and leasing / sales efforts for projects we develop Investor Relations Managing communication gifts and engagement with existing investors Digital & Branding Overseeing website development, signage and advertising for properties Lead Generation Driving marketing campaigns to attract new investors and project buyers This role is ideal for someone with experience in real estate private equity, investment sales or real estate development marketing who can seamlessly blend branding, digital marketing and investor communication. Key Responsibilities 1. Equity Raise & Investment Marketing Oversee creation of Offering Memorandums (OMs), pitch decks and investor presentations for capital raises Develop email marketing, direct mail and digital campaigns targeting high-net-worth individuals and investment partners Maintain and update investor portals, pitch materials and data rooms 2. Project Marketing & Branding Oversee branding and go-to-market strategies for new projects (e.g. RV parks, housing developments) Oversee development of website content, digital ads, signage and collateral for leasing and sales efforts Ensure cohesive branding across all assets 3. Digital & Content Marketing Manage website development, SEO and online presence for our client and key projects Oversee social media marketing, direct mail and email campaigns Develop project-specific landing pages and lead-generation funnels 4. Investor Relations & Communication Manage investor gifts, quarterly updates, newsletters and events Create investor presentations and engagement materials Develop strategies to enhance investor retention and referrals 5. Marketing Operations & Strategy Collaborate with the executive team to refine brand positioning and messaging Track marketing performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly Work with external vendors (designers, developers, PR firms) to execute large-scale initiatives Qualifications 5 years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years in a managerial role Proven experience developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Ads, SEO, CRM, social media) Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo) Familiarity with graphic design or basic knowledge of design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) Required Experience: Director Key Skills Digital Marketing, B2B Sales, Marketing, Pardot, Marketing Automation, Customer Segmentation, HubSpot, Multichannel Marketing, Market Research, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Management, Lead Generation Employment Type: Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary: 3000 - 3500 #J-18808-Ljbffr
