Cold Call, Identify and Sign new building material sales contracts to expand building market presence and our market share. Provide technical product knowledge and solutions tailored to clients' needs. Compile Cost and Quantity estimations of building plans and projects Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets. Monitor market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Ensure timely reporting and feedback to the central Sales Office. Ensure accurate ordering and delivery of products to site. Co-Ordinate client project deliverables through seamlessly communicating and integrating job-flow requirements with our internal business units. Qualifications 3-5+ years of proven success in sales within the building materials industry. Holds a valid driver's license. Able to provide a clean police clearance upon request. Proficient in Mi TEK Roofing Design and Ceiling Estimation. Knowledgeable in Rib & Block Decking. Knowledgeable in Aluminium Fenestration. Knowledgeable in general Building Materials. Proficient in reading Architectural plans. Able to provide technical advice and support to customers in all building phases.
