Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and guest satisfaction. Oversee all aspects of lodge operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and groundskeeping, to ensure the highest standards of comfort and luxury. Manage the restaurant's culinary and service teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences that exceed guest expectations. Coordinate and execute flawless events, conferences, and weddings, from initial planning stages to on-site execution, ensuring every detail is meticulously attended to. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance the property's overall profitability. Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, health and safety protocols, and industry best practices. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven leadership experience in the hospitality industry, with a minimum of 8 years in a managerial role, preferably in a 5-star lodge or luxury resort setting. Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset. Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in hospitality management.
