Duties & Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels (phone, email, etc.). Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently. Process transactions and maintain accurate records. Promote and cross-sell relevant products and services. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Desired Experience & Qualifications Grade 12 / Matric (essential). 1–3 years’ experience in a customer service or client-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
