Duties & Responsibilities Your main responsibility will be to ensure the department is running smoothly. This will include but is not limited to: Ensure the global accuracy of billing and collection of cash is in line with the company. Take accountability for the leadership of the global accounts receivable functions. Prepare the KPI in relation to the O2C. Compliance management, ensure in line with policies and controls of company standard. Ensure timely and accurate processing of customers' invoices. Be responsible for a culture of continuous development. Promote processes that improve the functionality of the team. Take ownership of the delivery of the team in terms of accounts receivable. Establish and maintain regular performance monitoring of O2C systems. Skills & Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience of leading the Accounts Payable team with a team size of 10 to 15 individuals.
