Job Description / Preferred Qualifications The Technical Engagement Manager (TEM) is an important field‑based contributor who possesses a unique combination of talents, skills and relationships. The TEM is engaged in technical activities in support of securing sales opportunities at key OSAT customers . In‑depth product knowledge is interchangeable with Division Marketing and is able to represent Division Marketing with customers. Technical credibility and working‑level knowledge allows the TEM to be viewed as a trusted advisor and advocate for the customer. Minimum Qualifications BS or above degrees in semiconductor related field. At least 8 years of work experience in a semiconductor industry is required. Minimum of process engineering experience in back‑end is required. (OSAT background is highly plus) Additional background in Product Marketing is desirable. People managing experience is plus.
