Base pay range We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business leads, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and supporting the company’s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients through online sources, social media, and databases. Generate and qualify leads to support the sales team. Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system. Initiate contact with prospects via email, calls, and LinkedIn outreach. Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team. Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation campaigns. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead targets. Requirements Grade 12 / Matric (a qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field is an advantage). Proven experience in lead generation, telesales, or business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Strong research and analytical skills.
