Associate Consultant Port Elizabeth

Job Responsibilities As a member of our team, the primary focus of your role will be to perform outbound calls for confirmation of cover and other questions that may arise after the online capture of new electronic or paper proposal applications on our system. You’ll have to keep your finger on the pulse of our internal service level agreement to ensure that we achieve the agreed targets and turnaround times. You’ll work closely with our underwriting teams and may also be involved with the quality assurance of all captured information your colleagues have recorded, escalating any issues appropriately. Reporting Structure You’ll be based at our client operations division at our Port Elizabeth office. You’ll report to our team leader: Tele-underwriting who is accountable for all our captured proposal applications and tele underwriting functions. Qualifications You must have passed grade 12/matric with Maths literacy or NFS achievement level 3. Experience • Exceptional telephone skills• Knowledge or experience in health-related terminology is preferable• Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferable Skills and Character Traits • Organised with administrative skills• Quality driven• Attention to detail (accuracy is important)• Ability to work effectively with others and contribute to the team’s accomplishments• Ability to operate effectively under pressure• Task and deadline oriented• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities• Strong sense of ownership• Ability to manage your own time• Proactive Package & Remuneration R5000 - R6000 per month plus monthly incentive bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
