Basic understanding of IT services such as cybersecurity, cloud solutions, or managed support; technical expertise not required, but ability to sell the value is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ConnectWise) to manage opportunities and track performance. Knowledge of the Port Elizabeth/Eastern Cape business market is highly advantageous. Responsibilities include: Hunt New Business: Identify and target businesses facing IT challenges and build a sales pipeline. Solve Real Problems: Engage with clients to understand their pain points and position IT services as solutions. Close Deals: Manage the full sales process from prospecting to signed agreements, with technical and marketing support available. Grow Revenue: Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition.
