Implementation Consultant

We are on a quest to find a talented Implementation Consultant to join our growing Monochrome Global Team during US East Coast Hours. Monochrome launched in the UK many moons ago - since then we have opened a branch in Belgrade, Serbia & Cape Town, South Africa. Monochrome is a proud partner of Unifyr (previously Zift Solutions), with a dedicated full-time team supporting them with their Unifyr One PRM solution, and we're currently looking to fill an open position on this team. Implementation Consultant Overview Job Summary: Implementation Consultants at Monochrome work directly into the Unifyr team with their customers across the world, as they implement and extend their Unifyr One solution. This key role within their Professional Services team provides a great opportunity for customer-focused individuals with experience of B2B software to move forward in their careers implementing and consulting on partnering automation solutions that are critical to Unifyr customers' business success. Responsibilities Own small to mid-sized business program implementations from the Sales handoff through to Support handover Maintain project plans, manage deliverables, report on the status of milestones and proactively identify project risks to internal team members and the Customer Manage internal resources in alignment with the project budget Provide a consultative approach by building and maintaining great customer relationships to make each project successful for both the client and Unifyr Lead customer workshops, prepare requirements and user documentation for project delivery Set and reinforce expectations and deadlines with clients and ensure follow through on any commitments made by the Sales, Customer Success or Service Delivery teams Ensure that the delivered solution makes the best use of the capabilities of the Unifyr products and meets the customers' specified requirements Quality assure that the delivered solution meets specification Manage customer expectations, identifying and communicating issues and risks, as well as resolving to ensure customer success Be involved in, and where applicable develop and lead initiatives to improve internal processes, documentation, customer satisfaction and speed of delivery Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the Unifyr products, the business processes involved in partnering automation and best practices in partner management Maintain a current knowledge of best practice in business analysis and project management to maintain your professional skills to the highest level Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or equivalent work experience Years of experience working for a software vendor, reseller or consultancy in a customer facing role, implementing software projects for clients Highly skilled and experienced business analyst Specific background in channel management, CRM / PRM solutions, marketing automation or other business applications is preferred Technical capability and experience in technical implementations such as Salesforce integration (SFDC) Highly skilled at interfacing with all levels of an organisation and direct customer / client management experience Excellent communication skills: written, spoken, telephone and presentations Proven ability to deliver highly accurate written documentation Self‑motivated and capable of prioritising and delivering tasks independently Proven ability to process and apply new information quickly Commitment to achieving the highest standards of project delivery Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously Strong attention to detail Effective project management and analytical skills Able to establish, develop and maintain positive, long‑term working relationships with team members and clients A result‑driven, pro‑active, enthusiastic and adaptable team player who relishes a challenge and the chance to expand and grow their skills Ability to focus on assigned tasks until completion Willingness and skills to work for short periods on customer site anywhere in the world if needed Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time, sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking, typing, and working with electronic files Ability to see information in print or electronically Must be able to attend in person and virtual meetings On‑call availability and periodic working outside of normal business hours Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Work Conditions Physical demands: the physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
