The Role: Junior Technical Consultant As a Junior Technical Consultant, you will support the deployment and adoption of advanced technical solutions by assisting with professional services delivery, customer support, and product training. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to build deep product knowledge while working directly with global clients and internal teams. Youll be part of a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and development across a broad portfolio of modern technologies. Key Responsibilities 1+ years of experience in a technical support, IT services, or implementation environmentAssist in configuring and deploying software and hardware solutions across client environmentsProvide responsive technical support and troubleshooting to resolve client issuesDeliver end-user and partner training on product functionality and best practicesCollaborate with sales, development, and support teams to ensure smooth client onboardingHelp document technical processes, feedback, and improvement opportunitiesStay updated on new product features and industry developmentsSupport internal product testing and demonstration environmentsAbout You Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience (e.g., IT support, consulting, helpdesk)Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with customers and teams alikeFast learner with a genuine interest in new technologies and systemsDetail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solvingService-oriented mindset with a professional approach to client communicationAbility to work effectively within a hybrid team environmentSecond language such as German, Dutch, French, or Spanish is highly advantageousFamiliarity or interest in areas like speech recognition, workflow automation, or telephony is a plus
