**About the role**

An exciting opportunity to join a global Financial Crimes Prevention, Compliance and Lending Support company as their Technical Consultant has opened up Our client uses the latest technology, within their unified platform, using the best software engineering and machine learning complemented with professional consulting services.

**As our Technical Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in**:

- Participate in customer support activities, including initial triage of incoming requests and bug reporting to the development team. You will be an integral part of their delivery and support team.
- Listen to customer requirements and, if necessary, document new requirements to be considered as new product features.
- Create technical specifications covering interfacing, architecture, and sizing.
- Provide technical support and product assistance to customers.
- Package and deliver our solution to clients.
- Train customers and internal staff in technical aspects related to our solution.

Please note that this role may require weekend availability as part of on-call support_._ They do have a rotating roster_._

**Skills and Qualifications**

**To be successful in this position you will have the following skill-set**:

- Proficient across PowerShell scripting, C# basic knowledge
- Solid problem-solving and researching innovative ways to find solutions
- You are Self-motivated
- Experience working in Agile Way of Working
- Open to change and learning new technology
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills

**Salary**: R350,000.00 - R450,000.00 per year
