Job Summary We're looking for a bold, creative, and detail-obsessed UI / UX Designer to help us take the MagicOrange product experience to the next level. As we strive to set the industry standard for design excellence, this role is pivotal to creating intuitive, elegant, and impactful interfaces that our users love—and remember. You'll join a passionate team committed to building a world-class SaaS product that's powerful yet simple, data-rich yet effortless to navigate. You won't just design features—you'll help define the future of usability and visual storytelling for finance teams around the world. What you will do Design with Purpose – Turn complex ideas into clean, intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Champion the User – Lead user research and usability testing to inform smart, user-centered design. Collaborate & Co-Create – Work with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver practical, beautiful solutions. Push Boundaries – Bring bold ideas and fresh design thinking to raise the UX bar. Prototype & Test – Rapidly build, iterate, and validate designs to guide development. Ensure Consistency – Help maintain and evolve a unified design system across the product. Design for Scale – Deliver sleek, scalable UI across cloud and desktop interfaces. Key Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience designing intuitive, high-impact digital products—supported by a strong portfolio. Mastery of design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Solid grasp of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility best practices. Strong attention to detail with a creative mindset and problem-solving approach. Proven experience in agile, cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. Comfortable designing for responsive, multi-platform interfaces (desktop, cloud, mobile). Bonus: Knowledge of HTML / CSS and front-end dev principles to support smoother handoffs.
