Key Responsibilities: Training, Content, and Performance Training & Onboarding: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering product knowledge, competitor analysis, best practices for sales techniques. Content Management: Create, curate, and maintain a centralized library of sales collateral (presentations, case studies, battle cards, email templates) ensuring accuracy and ease of access. Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement technology or training solutions to improve efficiency and reduce time from lead-to-close. Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze key sales enablement KPIs (e.g., content utilization, sales cycle length, win rates) to measure impact and drive future strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise between Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure messaging consistency and equip the sales team with talking points for new features and offerings. Candidate Requirements Mandatory Experience: 2+ years proven experience in Sales Enablement, Operations, or Training. Sales Proficiency: Comfortable with e-commerce sales environment, understanding B2B sales cycles and objections. Content Creation Skills: Strong ability to create engaging training materials across media. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Sales Enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, or LMS). Remote Mindset: Highly motivated self-starter comfortable thriving in a remote, independent setting. Technical Setup Requirements (Remote) Dedicated personal computer or laptop (i5 processor or modern equivalent). Stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download and upload).
