This vital role focuses on providing our sales and brand concierge teams with the content, training, and resources needed to increase efficiency, accelerate deal closure, and ensure a consistent, high‑quality sales experience. If you are a talented self‑starter who excels at content creation, training delivery, and using data to boost sales team performance in a fast‑paced environment, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Training & Onboarding: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs (new hire onboarding and ongoing education) covering product knowledge, competitor analysis, and best practices for sales techniques. Content Management: Create, curate, and maintain a centralized library of sales collateral (presentations, case studies, battle cards, email templates) ensuring accuracy and ease of access for the sales team. Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement technology or training solutions to improve efficiency and reduce the time from lead‑to‑close. Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze key sales enablement KPIs (e.g., content utilization, sales cycle length, win rates) to measure the impact of enablement initiatives and drive future strategy. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure messaging consistency and equip the sales team with talking points for new features and offerings. Candidate Requirements Mandatory Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Training. Sales Proficiency: Comfortable and experienced with the e‑commerce sales environment, understanding B2B sales cycles and common objections. Content Creation Skills: Strong ability to create engaging and effective training materials and sales tools across various media (slides, video scripts, documents). Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Sales Enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, or internal LMS systems) is a significant advantage. Work Environment: Highly motivated self‑starter comfortable thriving in a remote, independent, and high‑performance setting.
