We're looking for a dynamic Key Accounts and Business Development Manager to help us take that mission further. Purpose of the Role Drive business growth and strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive business development and strategic account management. You'll identify and secure new opportunities particularly while deepening existing partnerships to maximise profitability and client satisfaction. The role covers the full business development cycle, from lead generation to closure, and ensures Psybergate's market presence and brand are continuously strengthened through strategic, solution-driven engagement. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Strategy Generate proposals and initiate meetings to discuss services with new and existing clients. Grow revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction levels for assigned portfolios. Account Management & Client Retention Build and maintain client relationships through strategic account planning and execution. Discuss client issues on projects and outsourced teams. Generate new business from existing accounts. Identify and pursue new opportunities. Follow through with leads from initial discussion to proposal and closure. Meet agreed key performance indicators and targets. Skills and Attributes Client Relations and Stakeholder Management (including Consultant Management) Strategic Planning and Forecasting Negotiation Proposal Writing & Presentation Skills Requirement Analysis and Pre-Sales New Business Generation Target-Driven & Results-Oriented Market Research & Competitor Analysis Internal Reporting and Cross-Functional Collaboration Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication Strong administrative and organisational skills Self-motivated with a professional personal presentation Qualifications And Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in Account Management and Business Development within the Software and Consulting industries.
