An established Accounting firm with their head office based in Petrea Avenue, Magalieskruin, Pretoria, Gauteng Province, is seeking to employ a Marketing Officer to join our sales team. The main responsibility of this role is to assist in the management of marketing operations under the supervision of a marketing manager. Requirements Call center certificate / Diploma in marketing. Minimum of 1-year cold marketing experience Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skill Must have a passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn along with professional drive. Extensive knowledge of business social media best practices and platformsSKILLS Communication skills and telephone etiquette Technical competence Creative thinking Detail oriented Customer service driven Computer skills Key Responsibilities Sourcing and establishing new clients Maintaining business relationships Maintain a strong customer service attitude Assist and resolving queries in the operations and accounts department as and when required Ensure all clients are visited within 40 days Growing existing business and cross selling with existing clients Assisting the debtor's department with collection of outstanding monies as and when required Innovating new business opportunities General contribution towards sales team Assistance in the customer service department as and when required Ensure that timeous quotes are given to all customers and that they are accurate and up to date The candidate will be paid a commission of five percent (5%) for his / her clients that have signed the service level agreement with the company.
