We are building a pipeline of talent for upcoming roles. Plan, activate and optimise paid media campaigns across Search, Social, Programmatic, or Retail Media channels. Manage campaign builds, pacing, troubleshooting, and budget delivery. Track campaign performance and produce clear, actionable reports. Use analytics tools (e.g., GA4, SA360, Skai) to identify insights and growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated paid media solutions. Support client relationships with strong communication, insights, and operational excellence. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in at least one Paid Media discipline (Search, Social, Programmatic, or Retail Media). Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, DV360, Amazon Ad Console/DSP, or equivalent DSPs (The Trade Desk). Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge. Experience managing budgets and monitoring campaign delivery. Excellent communication skills and a client‑centric mindset. Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable solving problems independently. Curious, data‑driven, and eager to learn across multiple paid media channels.
