Reference : NFR -Arist-1 We are currently recruiting for a Senior Accountant to join a well-established proudly South African organisation operating in a fast-paced product-based FMCG / manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a technically strong CA(SA) who is passionate about accurate reporting, operational excellence and driving financial efficiency. Located in Swellendam this opportunity offers a unique work / life balance surrounded by scenic mountain landscapes and a close-knit community. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare accurate financial reports in accordance with IFRS standards Manage month-end and year-end financial processes Handle inventory valuation and variance analysis within a product-based environment Design, implement and monitor internal financial controls Ensure tax and regulatory compliance Prepare for and engage with external auditors Drive operational efficiencies and provide mentorship to junior finance team members Qualification and Skills Required CA(SA) with completed SAICA registration 35 years post-articles experience Strong IFRS knowledge and ERP system experience (SAP or similar) Experience in FMCG or manufacturing preferred Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Proactive and able to work independently Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams What's In It for Me (WIIFM) In addition to a competitive salary package this opportunity offers a meaningful role within a respected company, a supportive team culture and the chance to enjoy true work / life balance in one of the Western Cape's most beautiful regions.
