Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric and an IT-related qualification.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
  • Minimum of 3 years desktop support experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Microsoft 365.
  • Previous experience working with Dell desktops.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in documentation and standard operating
    procedure development
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure desktops, laptops, and other IT hardware.
  • Deploy and manage SIM cards across multiple devices.
  • Utilize Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager for device management.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting
  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Travel to different sites when required.
  • Work after hours and on weekends when necessary.
