The company employs over 2,000 technologists, data scientists, and experts to develop, test, and validate solutions in line with RELX Responsible AI Principles ( About the Role The Product Manager I will lead the execution of a product feature, own its development plan, and represent it within the Product Management team. This role involves understanding customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of product initiatives. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to gather requirements, understand needs, and inform product decisions. Lead the execution of a product roadmap for a single feature area, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives. Analyze data to inform decisions, evaluate options, and recommend actions. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, sales, and analytics, to prioritize features and improve customer experience. Contribute to go-to-market activities, training, and supporting internal stakeholders. Participate in process improvements and provide input to product strategy. Required Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both business and technical teams. Collaborative mindset and ability to build effective relationships across teams. Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. Curiosity and willingness to learn and develop professionally. Experience 2–3 years in product management, business analysis, QA, or related roles. Experience managing projects, engaging with customers, and collaborating with technical teams. Education Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Technical Skills (Desirable) Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, or Python.
