Our client seeking a driven and detail-oriented Vehicle Finance and Insurance Manager in Port Elizabeth to join our growing dealership team. This critical role is responsible for providing expert guidance and support to customers on vehicle finance and insurance (F&I) solutions, ensuring a seamless and professional purchasing experience.Key Responsibilities:Present and explain a variety of finance and insurance products to customers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirementsAnalyze customer profiles and financial information to recommend tailored finance and insurance solutionsProcess all applications for vehicle finance and insurance, overseeing documentation and approvalsEnsure adherence to the FAIS (Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services) Act and other relevant compliance frameworksBuild strong relationships with customers, financial institutions, and insurance companiesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of finance options, insurance products, and regulatory changesAchieve targeted finance and insurance performance goals while delivering exceptional customer serviceLiaise closely with the sales team to support and drive vehicle salesMinimum Requirements:Matric Certificate RE5 (Regulatory Examination Level 5) qualification is mandatoryProven experience in vehicle finance and insurance management within the automotive industryStrong understanding of F&I (Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services) regulations, compliance, and industry standardsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsAttention to detail and high levels of integrityIMPORTANT:Applications close 26 September 2025Only applications submitted via the Ditto Jobs platform will be consideredOnly candidates who are shortlisted will be contactedNo social media messages / comments will be responded to
