Job Overview A highly skilled Service Delivery Manager is required to lead the Service Desk team in ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients. Main Responsibilities Ensure that incidents and requests are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) by either resolving or implementing a workaround to minimize business impact. Communicate high-impact incidents effectively within the organization and to customers. Attend monthly SLA meetings with clients and project managers. Coordinate client requirements with lines of business. Conduct awareness sessions / workshops on escalation and incident management. Train customers and new personnel on the incident management process. Key Performance Indicators Compile monthly reports for escalation and incident management department. Respond to all queries escalated by agents from irate customers or other lines of business. Gather reports from ARS system to monitor call handling for agents. Additional Responsibilities Chair weekly production meetings with other process owners. Analyze high-impact incidents. Raise root cause analyses with relevant lines of business. Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on department performance statistics to management. Compile documents for work instructions, policies, and procedures for the department as per Document Configuration standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
