They are seeking a dynamic Contracting Specialist who is ready to grow, contribute, and thrive in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Key Responsibilities Execute the unit operations plan and monitor performance against KPIs. Ensure compliance with business processes and drive continuous system improvements. Lead the end-to-end contracting process, including negotiation, drafting, execution, and administration. Achieve on-time contract availability and increase on-contract spend. Monitor contract performance, manage risks, and provide regular reporting. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and resolve contract-related issues promptly. Manage supplier performance against SLAs and take corrective action where needed. Support budgeting through expenditure tracking, financial analysis, and cost control. Ensure SHE standards are implemented, monitored, and maintained. Contribute to workforce planning, recruitment (aligned to EE targets), and operational resourcing. Support the department’s sustainability objectives and ensure environmentally responsible operations. Requirements BCom/BTech in Supply Chain, Procurement, Contracts Management or similar. Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management will be advantageous. CIPS Certification (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) – mandatory. Minimum of 5 years’ contract management experience in the explosives, manufacturing, or mining sectors. Must be willing to travel on site. Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and SAP Ariba Contracting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
