Overview Job title: Fiberglass Boat Building Factory Manager- Port Vila, Vanuatu- Full Expatriate Relocation Job Location: Western Cape, Cape Town Deadline: November 02, 2025 Primary Duties Plan, organise, direct, and run optimal day-to-day operations to exceed the expectations of the customers and ownership group. Manage a staff of approximately 18–25 employees, including ongoing recruitment efforts. Delegate and monitor tasks effectively to ensure timely completion. Increase production, asset capacity, and operational flexibility while minimising unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. Oversee production output, product quality, and on-time shipping. Manage stock and procurement from global suppliers, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 8 months. Selection Criteria 5–10 years of prior experience in a similar role, with the ability to manage a team of approximately 25–30 staff, currently producing 18–20 boats per month. Comprehensive understanding of composite materials, preferably in fibreglass boat manufacturing, including expertise in dry goods, resins (e.g., Vinyl Ester and Epoxy), and all core products. Proficiency in repairing and creating moulds, with the ability to train and supervise others in these tasks. Strong research and development skills, ideally in fibreglass boat production, to support ongoing testing and development of new models. Basic mathematical skills required; advanced mathematical skills preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Xero application. Expatriate jobs #J-18808-Ljbffr
