Experience in property or real estate marketing highly beneficial. Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing platforms, digital tools, and social media strategy. Core Responsibilities Define and drive the brand vision, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging across all channels. Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand equity and expand market presence. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability. Oversee the creation of compelling content, digital campaigns, and brand collateral. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify new opportunities. Analyse campaign performance, turning data into insights to refine and optimise brand initiatives. Champion innovative brand-building activities, events, and engagement opportunities. Manage budgets effectively to ensure marketing impact and return on investment. Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Commercially astute, aligning brand initiatives with overall business goals.
