Key Responsibilities Perform monthly valuations of institutional Pension & Provident funds, including reporting on fund solvency (asset liability matching) for DC funds, identifying non-compliance issues, conducting root cause analysis, and improving governance levels. Carry out data quality, cleansing, visualization, and analytics projects to provide valuable business insights. Support and build efficiencies for Alexforbes products and services, in line with our ethos of being advice-led and agile solutionists. Qualifications Relevant Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Actuarial, Data, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. High proficiency in MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel). Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written). Keen interest in our business environment and a passion for helping people secure their financial well-being. Nice to Have Exposure to SQL and database interaction. Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools, with an ability to tell compelling data stories. Any relatable work experience (e.g., data analyst, analytics, actuarial analyst). Strong organisational, administrative, and analytical skills. Initiative and good time management / planning abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Self-motivation and a positive attitude. Team player, eager to assist colleagues and clients. Commitment to providing professional, high-quality customer service.
