Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Analyst based in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area, with opportunities for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making. Key tasks include developing data models, conducting statistical analyses, identifying trends and patterns, and creating reports and visualizations to present findings to various stakeholders. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics Knowledge and expertise in Statistics and Data Modeling Effective Communication skills for presenting data insights clearly to stakeholders Proficiency in relevant data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or R) Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Previous experience in a data analysis role is a plus Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Information Technology Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Param Solutions by 2x.
