We’re now looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our corporate sales team and help us bring Konsise to even more organisations. About the Corporate Sales Executive Vacancy As a Sales Executive at Konsise, you’ll manage your entire sales pipeline from start to finish. This means: Cold prospecting and email outreach. Setting and running meetings. Negotiating contracts. To succeed, you’ll need to be comfortable with a high level of cold calling and email prospecting, supported by structured, automated outreach sequences. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring that all pipeline activity and forecasting is kept up to date in Zoho One CRM. This is a highly results‑driven role where your performance directly impacts your earnings. You earn commission on every deal you close. Hybrid role, One day per week in our Rosebank (Johannesburg) office. Your own fibre connection will be required. Exceptionally busy, team‑orientated, task driven environment. Working hours: 07h30 to 16h00 or 08h00 to 16h30 (South African Standard Time) Technical Knowledge and Skills 3–5 years’ proven sales experience in a similar role. Ability to own the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, demos, negotiations, and closing. Strong cold calling and email prospecting skills. Familiarity with structured, automated outreach sequences. Proficiency in CRM management (Zoho One experience is advantageous), with disciplined pipeline and forecasting accuracy. Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship‑building skills. Experience in SaaS or fintech sales, ideally selling into corporates, accounting firms, or compliance teams (advantageous but not essential). Behaviour Skills and Soft Competencies Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and sales success. Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and resilient under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with professionals in finance, tax, or compliance roles. Adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑paced start‑up environment. Collaborative team player with a strong sense of accountability. Curious and eager to learn, with the ability to translate product benefits into client value. Education and Qualifications Matric certificate (required). A completed business degree or currently studying towards one (preferred). What We Offer Hybrid work model. Only one day per week in our Rosebank (Johannesburg) office. Birthday leave.
