Front End Developer – Night Shift (AUS Hours) Work from our offices in Sandton, Durban, Cape Town, or Kenya. talent match africa connects experienced professionals in Africa with international employers worldwide. We currently have several permanent roles available at our offices in Johannesburg (Sandton) and Durban (Umhlanga), working for international companies. We are on the hunt for a Front End Developer (React) to join our client’s team. What you will be doing: The role is for a Front End Developer who excels in transforming design concepts into interactive user interfaces, primarily using React and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate in an agile team environment and focus on delivering high‑quality projects for notable clients. Key Responsibilities: Translate design files into clean, elegant and scalable front‑end code. Build high‑quality user interfaces using React, including Functional Components and Hooks. Work with modern frameworks such as Next.js. Leverage TypeScript, semantic HTML5 and best‑practice CSS. Identify visual and technical challenges early and propose smart solutions. Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Collaborate on CMS‑driven builds using systems such as WordPress, Umbraco, Strapi, or Contentful. Enhance user experiences through animations and micro‑interactions.
