Oversee daily pastry production and ensure timely delivery to customers. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff. Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus and special offerings. Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Preferably from the hospitality industry Minimum of 5 years experience Must be willing to work Shift hours
