Operations Manager As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within an FMCG business. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, production, and logistics processes to meet customer demands while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity across the supply chain. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand. Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely production schedules and efficient utilization of resources. Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve operational targets. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment of operational activities with business objectives.
