The Role Based in Paarl, you’ll be the driving force behind our data initiatives across multiple business units. What You’ll Do Lead Data Collection & Management by identifying, collecting, and extracting data from ERP systems, external databases, and other sources to build comprehensive datasets. Ensure Data Quality & Processing through cleaning, validating, and processing raw data to ensure accuracy and reliability. Develop Business Intelligence Reporting by creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and automated reporting systems for real-time performance monitoring. Design Data Visualization & Insights with clear and impactful visualizations that communicate complex findings to senior management and business stakeholders. Drive Process Automation by building and deploying Power Apps solutions and Power Automate workflows to streamline reporting, data collection, and stakeholder communication. Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration by partnering with finance, commercial, and operations teams to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Agricultural Economics with data analytics, or related field. 2+ years’ experience in a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or Reporting role, ideally with exposure to automation and process improvement (we will also consider new entrants to the job market). Experience in agriculture, exports, FMCG, or supply chain sectors is advantageous but not required. Strong proficiency in Power BI (data models, DAX measures, dashboards). Solid SQL skills for data extraction and transformation. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint integration. Commercial awareness and ability to interpret data in a business and market context. Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem‑solving mindset, always looking for process improvement opportunities.
