Senior IT Audit Manager

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and execute comprehensive IT audit plans focused on financial and business controls, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
- Identify and assess risks associated with financial and business systems, recommending and implementing effective controls to mitigate those risks.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls related to financial reporting, data integrity, and business processes, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, and monitor adherence to established control frameworks.
- Work closely with finance, IT, and business units to understand processes, address control deficiencies, and enhance overall control environment.
- Prepare and present clear, concise audit reports and findings to senior management and the audit committee, highlighting key issues and recommending practical solutions.
Requirements:
- BCom in Internal Auditing/Accounting qualification
- Post graduate qualification (preferred)
- CISA/CISM/CPA certification (essential)
- ISO27001 Lead Auditor certification (advantageous)
- Experience in providing Service organization control (SOC 1 & SOC 2) reporting
- Minimum 8 10 years of experience in internal auditing (3 years in a management position)
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
