Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Analyst / IT Infrastructure Administrator to lead and optimize our IT operations. This pivotal role ensures the stability, security, and scalability of our technology environment while driving digital transformation initiatives aligned with business goals. Detailed Job Description As part of the ICT team and reporting directly to senior management, you will oversee mission-critical systems and infrastructure, including servers, networks, virtualization, telephony, and backups. You will manage IT strategy, budgeting, vendor relationships, and project implementation while ensuring compliance and cybersecurity best practices. This role offers the opportunity to shape the company’s technology roadmap, improve operational efficiency, and support a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and virtualization platforms (Proxmox). Ensure system security, uptime, and compliance with cybersecurity standards. Manage IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor coordination. Lead IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives. Provide technical leadership and support to the IT Systems Administrator and broader ICT team. Monitor and optimize Microsoft environments, telephony systems, and backup solutions. Align IT strategy with business objectives and report progress to senior management. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration and systems analysis. Strong expertise in Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365). Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (Proxmox or similar). Solid knowledge of networking, firewalls, and cybersecurity best practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Familiarity with ERP systems and business applications. Knowledge of VoIP telephony systems. ITIL certification or similar process frameworks. Exposure to automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
