Responsibilities Negotiate rental rates and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction Draft and review rental contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Ensure rental fleet expansion meets budgeted targets. Maintain a utilization rate above 80% by actively managing rental demand and fleet availability. Work closely with operations, admin, and accounts to ensure seamless service delivery. Confirm daily operational requirements, including deliveries, collections, swaps, services, and receipts. Coordinate the logistics of delivery and setup of modular buildings at client sites and ensure the delivery unit inspections / collection unit inspections are completed and signed off on delivery / collection. Ensure all rental and sales quotes are accurate and aligned with cost structures. Conduct quarterly unit inspections on all sites and submit required inspection documents to rentals and sales admin dept. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries and complaints within 24 hours. Build and maintain strong key
