Overview The experienced BI Developer will support and work with the Data Analytics Reporting team in building and maintaining various BI dashboards and reports. This role will primarily focus on reports with a financial and accounting nature, from SAGE X3 and SAGE ERP systems, providing insights for financial and operational reporting. Responsibilities Lead with creating and maintaining financial reports and dashboards using various BI toolsets. Analyse financial data extracted from SAGE X3 and SAGE ERP systems to produce insightful reports for management. Support data integration and report automation efforts, helping streamline reporting processes by developing automated solutions in various BI toolsets and SQL. Leadership on extract transform and load (ETL) data using Power Query and SQL and other mechanisms. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the implementation teams and support teams to gather requirements and deliver accurate, actionable reports. Lead as senior team member in addressing data-related queries and ensuring data integrity, as well as report building. Presentation of deliverables and performing project wrap up. Must Have Graduated with a bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Accounting, or a related field. Valid code B driver's license. Passed credit and criminal checks. S.A Citizen, Resident or Valid S.A Work Permit. 3+ Years advanced experience in data analysis or report creation using Power BI, or similar toolset, through real world experience and engagements. Nice to have An understanding of SAGE X3 and SAGE ERP systems is a plus. Advanced understanding of financial reporting, data visualization, and SQL querying. Experience working with cloud-based solutions and deliverable distribution mechanisms.
