A leading organization is seeking a Senior BI Developer to join their Data and Analytics team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and optimize BI solutions using Microsoft Cloud BI technologies. Youll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and work on impactful data-driven projects.Whats in it for you?Youll play a key role in transforming data into insights, leveraging tools like Power BI, Azure Synapse, and Databricks, while contributing to strategic business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business data to provide actionable insightsDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboardsWrite complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformationWork with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Data FactoryDevelop and optimize data models for reporting and analyticsCreate paginated reports using Power BI Report BuilderImplement and manage Data Lake/Delta Lake solutionsCollaborate with data engineers and business stakeholdersUtilize DevOps for version control and deployment of BI solutionsPerform predictive analytics using PythonProcess and analyze large datasets with Databricks(Preferred) Apply Azure Machine Learning for advanced analyticsJob Experience and Skills RequiredEducation:Degree, diploma, or certification in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldExperience:5+ years in data analysis, BI development, or related fieldHands-on experience with Microsoft BI tools and data platformsTechnical Skills:Strong experience with Microsoft Cloud BI PlatformAdvanced Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query)Proficiency in SQLExperience with Power BI Report BuilderKnowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, and Synapse AnalyticsFamiliarity with Data Lake / Delta Lake architectureDevOps practices for BI solutionsPython for predictive analyticsDatabricks for big data processingApply now
