With a focus on excellence and a commitment to growth, we are expanding our team and seeking a Channel Operations Representative to join us in optimizing our channel operations and enhancing partner relationships. Position Overview As a Channel Operations Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our channel partners and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with our channel partners, providing them with the necessary support, and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external partners. This role requires a strong blend of relationship-building skills, operational efficiency, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for our channel partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive partner experience. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure adequate stock availability for channel partners. Collaborate with the sales team to support channel partner activities, including providing sales materials, proof of execution reports, and tracking sales performance. Assist in onboarding and training of new channel partners, providing necessary resources and guidance to represent products effectively. Analyze channel performance metrics and provide regular reports to management, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Continuously evaluate and improve channel operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs within the organization. Execute marketing enforcement within retail outlets and manage day-to-day merchandising. Requirements Matric Certificate is compulsory. Relevant qualifications will be advantageous. Minimum 3‑5 years of proven experience in channel management, operations, or sales support roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Must be able to facilitate training and work with large groups. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of technology and channel management best practices is preferred. MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CAR. Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level. Employment type: Full‑time.
