We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead a Liquor Store in Nelspruit. If you have a passion for retail, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Store Operations – Oversee daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies. Team Leadership – Recruit, train, and manage a motivated team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Customer Service Excellence – Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly. Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, manage ordering processes, and minimize stock loss. Financial Oversight – Manage budgets, control expenses, and drive sales to achieve profitability targets. Compliance & Standards – Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Requirements Experience – Minimum of 3-4 years in a senior retail management role, preferably in an FMCG environment. Education – Matric is essential; a retail or business management qualification is advantageous. Skills – Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Proficiency – Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attributes – Proactive, results‑driven, with a customer‑centric approach.
