Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a FMCG Store Manager located in Nelspruit. The Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, store management, and retail loss prevention. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Lead, motivate, and develop a team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting high standards of customer service. Implement and enforce store policies and procedures, including inventory management, merchandising, and health and safety regulations. Monitor and analyse store performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement. Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure product availability while minimising waste and managing costs. Ensure the store is clean, organised, and well-maintained, providing an optimal shopping experience for customers. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with corporate teams on marketing initiatives, promotions, and strategic goals. Qualifications Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar managerial role within the FMCG or retail industry. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Proficient in inventory management and sales analysis. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating a positive shopping experience. Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, visual presentation, and loss prevention. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
