Overview Recruitment Operations Associate (Remote – South Africa) ROI Consultancy is a recruitment agency based in the Netherlands, specializing in the finance market. We connect top talent with leading firms while building strong relationships with candidates and clients. We’re looking for a self-motivated, driven Recruitment Operations Associate to join us remotely. You’ll work directly with the founder and play a key role in building our pipeline of candidates and clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on targets, takes ownership, and wants to grow fast in a performance-driven environment. What You’ll Do LinkedIn Outreach: Run daily messaging campaigns to generate candidate leads and maintain active pipelines. Post-Call Support: After the founder speaks to a candidate, you’ll: Research relevant companies hiring for similar roles. Identify decision-makers (partners, hiring managers, directors). Send professional outreach emails introducing the candidate. Client Outreach: Build and maintain a list of target companies and decision-makers. Send LinkedIn and email outreach to generate new client leads. Follow up consistently to book intro calls. Admin & Tracking: Keep accurate, up-to-date records using Google Docs and Attio . Track outreach activity and responses daily. Requirements Mandatory: Reliable Wi-Fi connection and a computer suitable for full-time remote work. Excellent written and spoken English . Proficiency with LinkedIn , Google Docs , and email communication. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Target-driven mindset: comfortable with KPIs, quotas, and tracking performance. Bonus: Previous experience in recruitment, sales outreach, or lead generation.
