We seek a highly motivated and service-minded individual to join the Restaurant team as the Restaurant General Manager . Implement and maintain 5-star service standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Financial & Business Performance Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Drive revenue through innovative menu offerings, promotions, and guest experiences. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff, including supervisors, servers, and hosts. Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Guest Experience Act as the face of the restaurant, engaging personally with guests to ensure satisfaction. Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities. Strategic Initiatives Partner with the Executive Chef and Beverage Manager on menu planning, wine pairing, and special events.
