Key Responsibilities Drive store performance through KPIs (e.g., turnover, rewards, new accounts, visual standards). Achieve turnover targets and control expenses. Manage stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards. Ensure operational excellence with a customer‑centric approach. Implement merchandising strategies and maintain visual standards. Deliver exceptional customer service to meet customer demands. Recruit, train, and develop staff; manage performance and employee relations. Create effective team schedules and allocate time efficiently. Motivate and engage the team to maintain high commitment levels. Manage risk within the store. Qualifications & Experience Grade 12 / Matric certificate. A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous. Minimum 3 Years Retail Store Management Experience. Proven management experience in recruitment, staff development, and performance management. Proven ability to drive sales and increase profit. Skills Adaptability to diverse customers, situations, and fast‑paced retail environments. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. High sense of urgency, independence, and initiative. Excellent organizational, administrative, and planning abilities. Attention to detail; figure and admin oriented. Strong product knowledge and ability to engage in conversations about fashion. Collaborative team player with flexibility to meet business needs. Customer‑centric approach focused on delivering exceptional service. Strategic sales planning and execution; managing the sales process. Customer value management and risk management.
