Job Title: Administrator

Location: Kempton Park

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administrative roles. The Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office and supporting various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Manage office operations and administrative processes efficiently.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Maintain and organize physical and digital files, records, and documents.
Assist with drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Procure office supplies and equipment as needed.
Collaborate with team members to support special projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles in any field.
  • Grade 12 / NQF 4 (non-negotiable)
  • Relevant Diploma / Degree in Business administration is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Sage accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Experience with office management software and systems is a plus.
