Bookkeeper and Administrator

Required:
A minimum of matric together with an advanced certificate or diploma will be an advantage.
Well presented, intelligent, and alert.
Trustworthy, reliable, and responsible.
Non-smoking environment.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Good organisational skills.
The ability to work under pressure and to multi-task is a must.
Valid driver's licence.
Process suppliers' invoices.
Bookkeeping experience.
Experience in Quickbooks and Pastel Payroll is essential.
Experience in Excel and Outlook is essential.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
Willing "can do" attitude and ability to take the initiative to get things done.
A good understanding of business.
Duties and responsibilities:
Capturing and allocations of receipts.
Review and report on accounts weekly.
Payroll
Assistance with day-to-day tasks
Filing and archiving of documents and assisting with preparing accounts for year-end.
Debtors and creditors functions.
Assist with queries.
