Role Overview The Role requires development experience in IBM BPM / BAW (Business Automation Workflow). Role will include designing and developing BPM solutions in IBM BPM / BAW and ensuring a reliable and timely delivery of the code to the customer as per the requirements. Candidate Profile Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience working directly with clients as a technical consultant and have experience in IBM BPM / BAW. They will not only be technically savvy but also have mastered the art of delivering customer solutions that meet their future requirements. The candidate will blend their analytical, solutions-focused approach with a service-oriented attitude. Qualifications Diploma / Degree related to Information Technology or equivalent experience. 6+ years broad experience translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing the code to create the solutions. Experience migrating from IBM BPM to IBM BAW is a value add. Proven ability to work effectively as both a team leader and as a member of a small team of technical staff working in an agile development environment.
