Own the business operating model and structure, ensuring its optimally implemented to deliver first class business results. Both directly and through teams, deliver strategic initiatives and enhancements to meet new business, product and client requirements, while driving process and system efficiencies. Qualifications Type of Qualification: Relevant Post-graduate qualification (Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business)Field of Study: Relevant Post-graduate qualification and membership to recognized Financial institution (e.g CA ; CFA ; RFM ; CGMA) Experience Required More than 10 years of experience in Trade Support and Operations , with advanced application of risk management principles and tools, impacting risk, pricing and P&L. Proven ability to manage technical aspects that impact business risk and finances, compliance and regulatory adherence.
