Overview Business Segment: Corporate & Investment Banking Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30 The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structured derivatives trading, automation, and technology-led solution development. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in innovation, entrepreneurship, and high-performance people management. The Lead- f FX Trading Solutions will be responsible for driving revenue generation, business development, and the growth of new initiatives across the franchise and the broader group. Key Responsibilities Structured Derivatives Trading: Lead and manage the trading of structured rates derivatives, ensuring optimal performance and risk management. Builder of Automation: Develop and implement automation strategies to enhance trading efficiency and accuracy. Innovation and Entrepreneurship: Foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the new team, encouraging creative solutions and new business opportunities. Rates and FX Solutions: Develop and deliver comprehensive rates and FX solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth. Client Focused: Maintain a strong client focus, building and nurturing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue generation through strategic trading activities and business development initiatives. Technology-Led Solution Development: Lead the development of technology-led solutions to enhance trading capabilities and client offerings. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's market presence and client base. Growth of New Initiatives: Drive the growth of new initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and deliver value. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of trading solutions and support business objectives. Managing Technology Projects: Oversee and manage technology projects from a Product ownership perspective to ensure successful implementation and integration.
